From Roy Ludlow

I was, naturally, very saddened by the news of Len Dyer's passing, although I knew he was very ill, of course.

May I apologise (formally) for not attending the funeral. Kathryn and I left for a 10-day holiday in Scotland on 15th May and did not return until 25th. I hope that it went off as well as these occasions can.

From John Grebbell:

This news makes me feel so sad. I didn't know Len all that well, but he had a fantastic sense of humour and was a lovely man.
My best wishes,
John Grebbell
